Implemented plot drawing with lineRenderer. Documented some. Fixed a problem with inputs, whoops, now the game is actually making more sense!

Added a third cube for middle well. Each cube has individual color displaying their growth rate. Added a movable area display with line renderer below movable boxes. Added some comments.
